Our multidisciplinary GI & Liver research team will be focusing on finding new connections and aligning their work with the NHS 10-Year Plan at their annual showcase event this Friday.

A variety of research topics will be under discussion, ranging from next generation therapeutics to inter-organ pathways, and from multi-organ disorders to future food and advanced technologies, the latter including an update on progress with optical technologies and physics-informed AI models.

Members of the GI & Liver Theme will be holding the showcase, which includes a poster exhibition, at the Broadway Cinema in Nottingham. Discussions will also include those on collaborative working between the GI & Liver sub themes on new research discoveries.
