Bonnie Millar - Nottingham BRC

Bonnie Millar is Musculoskeletal Project Manager for the NIHR Nottingham Biomedical Research Centre. Bonnie holds a B.A. and M.A. from Trinity College Dublin and a M.A. and PhD. from the University of Nottingham. She joined the NIHR Nottingham Hearing Biomedical Research Unit in 2014 to work on the QUIET-1 clinical trial, co-ordinating recruitment and trial activities. In 2016-7 Bonnie brought together her expertise in critical theory, research methodology, textual analysis and audit to facilitate the transfer of research data pertaining to studies conducted within the Tinnitus etiology and management research area into a single research data repository. In addition she has a proven record in scoping reviews, working as part of the Clinical Hearing Sciences team on literature reviews pertaining to Cisplatin and Carboplatin induced ototoxicity. Bonnie is actively involved in disability studies, medical humanities and PPIE.
